This is what I often hear from my clients and this is my goal for them. As a cognitive nutritionist in private practice in Beverly Hills, I am dedicated to helping people improve their quality of life by experiencing the satisfaction of controlling their appetite, of learning what motivates them to eat when not hungry, and of avoiding foods that are inappropriate for them. Anyone who has ever practiced weight management for health or cosmetic reasons will confirm that this is easier said than done. It is through a cognitive process that I assist my clients in being able to access the reasons for their obstacles and develop more desirable coping mechanisms than food. I create a motivating, realistic approach to their well care and life-long health goals including control of weight, coronary artery disease, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, acid reflux, irritable bowel syndrome and the many other conditions that impact their well-being.
