WATERMELON SORBET MOLD
INGREDIENTS
3 Pints raspberry sorbet
1 Pint lime sherbert
1 Small package semi-sweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
1. Line airtight plastic bowl that has a lid with lime sherbet that has been slightly softened. Cover tightly and freeze flat side down.
2. Add chocolate chips (as many as you like to look like watermelon seeds when sliced) to partially softened raspberry sorbet. Combine well. Add to lime sherbet shell. Cover. Freeze flat side down.
3. To unmold, remove lid, place on serving platter, and cover with wet, hot towels until sorbet mold drops out.
Hint: Use your creativity to decorate either around the platter or on top. Very pretty with frozen grapes and leaves around to look as if the watermelon is growing on a vine!
