WHOLE MUSTARD SEED CHICKEN
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4-5 oz.)
4 Tbsp. whole seed mustard
2 Cloves garlic minced
1/8 Tsp. olive oil
1. Mix together mustard, garlic, and oil. Put into ziplock bag. Place chicken in bag and spread marinade over it.
2. Marinate for 30-60 minutes spreading around again after 30 minutes.
3. Line baking dish with foil. Spray with nonstick spray. Place chicken in baking dish, sprinkle with paprika, bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn after 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle second side with paprika. Bake until done.
